Haus Kroseman (ShadowHawk #15) is a lovely, quiet condo right next to the Salmon River in Welches.  Tucked back in a corner next to the woods, this is a peaceful place to relax and listen to the river while being only minutes away from the golf course, shops, restaurants, evening entertainment and the local market.  Haus Kroseman is located in a clean, well-maintained complex that features a summer pool. 

Available Amenities:  Washer/Dryer, Cable TV with DVD and Video Cassette Player in the living room, Cable TV with DVD player in the bedroom, New kitchen appliances, Microwave, Table-top propane gas grill, Blow-dryer in master bath. Sleeps five with one bedroom, two baths. One king bed, one queen sofa bed and one twin windowseat bed.

Welches is an unincorporated tourist-oriented community in Clackamas County, Oregon. It is located within the Mt. Hood Corridor in Oregon, located between Zigzag and Wemme along U.S. Highway 26.The community was named after Samuel Welch, a homesteader who settled near Welches Creek in 1882. A post office was established here in 1905. The first golf course in the state was built here in the mid-1920s, and today, the largest hotel and golf resort in the corridor is located here, complete with croquet courts.
